The Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church Heritage Sanctuary stands on Auburn Avenue NE in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward, in the US state of Georgia. The National Park Service, which manages it within Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park, describes it as the historic Ebenezer church where Dr. King, his father and his grandfather preached. The newer Ebenezer church, the Horizon Sanctuary completed in 1999, is a different building and, per the NPS, is not open for tours. On the page read on 3 October 2026 the NPS listed Heritage Sanctuary hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays; check before you travel.
