According to the operator, visitors look down at the Naruto Strait from 45 metres above the sea, and whirlpool visibility depends on the tidal currents and weather, so the operator publishes a tide table and says the whirlpools can be seen only in certain tidal windows. The walkway ends at an observation room that OpenStreetMap maps as a viewpoint. The operator's nearby Onaruto Bridge Crossing Memorial Hall Eddy is a separate facility, about a three-minute walk away according to the operator.
The operator's Japanese page, read 2026-09-29, says the site is in Naruto Park, about 5 minutes by car from Naruto-kita IC, and that it has no dedicated car park; drivers are told to use the paid Naruto Park car park.
