Paris zoos, aquariums and Disneyland tickets compared

Start with where you want to be

These seven tickets split into two groups. Four are for places inside Paris: the Parc zoologique de Paris in the 12th arrondissement, the Ménagerie in the Jardin des Plantes in the 5th, the Aquarium de Paris at the Trocadéro and the Jardin d'Acclimatation in the Bois de Boulogne.[12][11][10][8] Three are outside the city: SEA LIFE is in Serris and Disneyland Park in Chessy, both in Seine-et-Marne, and the Thoiry safari park is in Thoiry in the Yvelines.[17]

None of the seven includes transport from Paris except two Disneyland options, covered below.[7]

Two zoos run by the same museum

Paris Zoo (Parc Zoologique de Paris) Ticket

The operator, the Parc zoologique de Paris, describes 272 species and over 3,000 animals across 14 hectares, with its address at avenue Daumesnil in the 12th arrondissement.[9] SkyGate's single option is a dated entry with no meeting point: you make your own way, and last admission is one hour before closing.[1] SkyGate's page lists an audio guide among its inclusions, but the option text does not mention one, so XTOUR has not verified that it is included. The option is non-refundable, and child tickets are for ages 3 to 12.[1]

Check the date against the operator's calendar. It publishes a shorter winter timetable from 12 October 2026, an exceptional closure on 3 November, and closure from 4 to 31 January 2027. It also says all exits are final.[8] See the Parc zoologique de Paris page on XTOUR.

Ménagerie, Zoo of the Jardin des Plantes Ticket

This is a different zoo, inside the Jardin des Plantes; the Muséum's page describes some 500 animals and gives the address as 57 rue Cuvier, 75005 Paris.[10] SkyGate's description dates it to 1794.[2] The museum says it is open every day of the year except 25 December, with winter hours from 26 October 2026.[10]

SkyGate's one option is titled "Skip The Line Admission", but its description promises admission with pre-registration, not a shorter queue. SkyGate says children under 3 are free, children under 13 must be with an adult, and one adult may accompany at most six children. Two aquariums, one in Paris and one in Serris

Aquarium de Paris Ticket

The Aquarium de Paris is in the Jardins du Trocadéro at 5 avenue Albert de Mun.[11] SkyGate's option includes the Mermaid Show, animal feeding, the cinema area and educational activities. You book a timeslot, and SkyGate warns that latecomers will not be admitted to it. Under-18s must be with a paying adult, and the ticket is non-refundable.[3]

If the Mermaid Show matters, check the operator's notice first: it lists its show room as closed all day on 6, 7, 8, 14 and 16 October 2026 and for part of the day on 9, 13 and 15 October.[11] See the Aquarium de Paris page on XTOUR.

SEA LIFE Paris Val d'Europe Ticket

Despite the name, this aquarium is in the Val d'Europe shopping centre at 14 cours du Danube, Serris. SEA LIFE's own directions use RER A to Val d'Europe station, one stop from Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, the Disneyland Paris station.[13]

Unlike the four Paris tickets, it can be cancelled: SkyGate gives a full refund up to 24 hours before the visit date. SkyGate says children under 2 are free and children under 14 must be with a paying adult aged 18 or over.[5] One practical warning for families with pushchairs: the operator's site says its escalators are out of service after a flood, access is by stairs only, and visitors needing help should tell staff on arrival.[14] See the SEA LIFE Paris Val d'Europe page on XTOUR.

A park in the Bois de Boulogne: Jardin d'Acclimatation Ticket

The operator describes the Jardin d'Acclimatation as the only amusement park within Paris itself, with its entrance at Carrefour des Sablons, 75116 Paris.[12] SkyGate sells two options. Le Grand 8 is park entry plus eight attraction tickets, collected at the terminals at the entrance, and each attraction takes one to three tickets. The Liberty Pass is park entry with unlimited attractions for one day, but it showed no open dates in SkyGate's calendar when XTOUR read it on 3 October 2026.[4]

SkyGate says children under 80 cm go free, children under 12 must be with an adult, some attractions have height restrictions, and the attractions are not suitable for pregnant women.[4] The operator notes that some attractions rest on weekdays during the school term and publishes a list to check. Its seasonal events, such as the lantern festival from 27 November 2026 to 21 February 2027, are not mentioned in SkyGate's options.[12] See the Jardin d'Acclimatation page on XTOUR.

A safari by car in the Yvelines: Thoiry ZooSafari Ticket

The Yvelines tourism body describes the park at Thoiry as an African reserve you drive through in your own car, a zoo you walk, a château and gardens.[16] The operator now trades as Wow Safari Thoiry.[15] SkyGate's option covers the safari with your own car, the playground and, in winter, the Lumières Sauvages event, but not the bush taxi or the zipline.[6]

SkyGate's "skip-the-line" wording is not explained on its page. Its highlights mention a walk through the Château de Thoiry, while the option text does not; XTOUR has not verified whether the château is included. SkyGate says children aged 0 to 2 enter free, pets are not allowed, and the ticket is non-refundable.[6] See the Wow Safari Thoiry page on XTOUR.

Disneyland Paris Ticket: thirteen options

Disneyland Paris has two parks, Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World, and Wikidata places both in Chessy, Seine-et-Marne.[20] The official Disneyland Paris site could not be read when XTOUR checked it, so everything below is from SkyGate's options, which differ on four points.[7]

• Parks: a 1 Park ticket admits to one park of your choice on the day; a 2 Park ticket admits to both.[7]
• Days: 1, 2, 3 or 4 consecutive days; every multi-day option is 2 Park.[7]
• Dated or open: dated tickets need no registration and can be refunded in full if cancelled at least 72 hours before the date. Open-dated 1-day tickets are valid for a year from purchase except 14 July, 31 October and 31 December, need you to register your date in advance, and are non-refundable.[7]
• Disney Premier Access Ultimate: on the 1-, 2- and 3-day options that include it, it lets you use the fast lane once at each eligible attraction without booking a time; on the 2- and 3-day tickets it is valid on your first day only. SkyGate says the Premier Access QR codes appear only in the official Disneyland Paris app.[7]

Two further options add the Disneyland Paris Express shuttle, a same-day round trip from central Paris with pickups such as Gare du Nord, Opéra and Châtelet. They had no open dates when XTOUR read the calendar on 3 October 2026, so for now you make your own way. SkyGate says children under 3 go free, child tickets are for ages 3 to 11, and tickets are personal and non-transferable, so carry ID.[7] See the Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World pages on XTOUR.

A shuttle, not a ticket: La Vallée Village with Round Trip Transfers from Paris

This is the one product here that admits you to nothing. SkyGate sells shared round-trip transfers from outside Hotel Pullman Bercy, 1 rue de Libourne in the 12th arrondissement, to La Vallée Village, a shopping outlet village.[18] OpenStreetMap places the village in Serris, the same commune as SEA LIFE Val d'Europe.[19] The two options differ only in when you come back: SkyGate gives a return bus at about 14:30 for the Half Day option and about 18:45 for the Full Day option, and does not state departure times from Paris.[18] XTOUR lists it among France's travel services rather than on the map, because a pickup point and a shopping village are not places this map pins.

How to choose

• Animals without leaving central Paris: the Ménagerie or the Aquarium de Paris.[11][10]
• The larger zoo: the Parc zoologique de Paris, but not in January 2027.[8][10][9]
• Rides rather than animals: the Jardin d'Acclimatation's Le Grand 8.[4]
• An aquarium with free cancellation, or one to pair with a Disney stay: SEA LIFE in Serris.[13][5]
• Animals seen from your own car: Thoiry, if you have one.[6]
• A ride out to the shops beside Val d'Europe rather than an attraction: the La Vallée Village shuttle, half day or full day.[18]
• Disneyland Paris for one day: decide between one park and two, then whether Premier Access Ultimate is worth it to you. For a flexible date, the open-dated tickets suit, but they cannot be refunded.[7]

Before you book

• Only SEA LIFE and the dated Disneyland Paris options can be cancelled for a refund; the other five tickets are non-refundable.[6][4][3][2][1][7][5]
• Check the Parc zoologique de Paris closures on 3 November 2026 and from 4 to 31 January 2027.[8]
• Bring a car for Thoiry and ID for Disneyland Paris.[7][6]
