The operator states that tickets are required. On 29 September 2026 its home page showed ropeway hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the last ascent at 4:00 PM for the Green Season, and says there is a separate Winter Season. Its address is Kido 1547-1, Otsu.
