The operator's page, read on 29 September 2026, lists the zoo, the botanical garden and the Higashiyama Sky Tower among its facilities and names gates including the Main Gate (Hoshigaoka Gate), the East Gate (Plant Garden Gate) and the North Gate, with tickets sold online through Asoview and at the gates. It says a price adjustment takes effect in October 2026. The Higashiyama Sky Tower stands beside the zoo and is a separate venue with its own operator.
