Why go
The Intsra comes over a sheer, mossy lip into a clear turquoise pool, enclosed by vertical rock walls. The national tourism administration describes a 7.5-kilometre circular route from Chkvaleri village that first follows a dirt road and then a forested valley, with signage, taking two to three hours in all. It calls the path easy until the last hundred metres, a steep slope over large boulders just before the fall. Drinking water is piped along the path from a cave beside the waterfall.
