Why go
Treat the falls as part of a day in Jermuk rather than a trip in themselves. Walk along the Arpa through town for views of the water, then continue to the Gallery of Water beside the small artificial lake in the centre, where natural springs run through five carved metal spigots at progressively warmer temperatures from 30 to 57 °C. The town itself stands at about 2,080 m in the mountains of Vayots Dzor.
