According to the operator, Noboribetsu Bear Park is a wildlife and cultural attraction on a 550 m mountain top in the Noboribetsu Onsen district of Hokkaido. A ropeway of about seven minutes climbs from the onsen district. Once up, the operator lists Ezo brown bears with feeding areas and bear athletics demonstrations, Yukar Village with displays of Ainu heritage, a Brown Bear Museum it calls the only one of its kind in the world, and an observatory over Lake Kuttara. The operator says admission is ticketed, gives seasonal opening and last-sales times, and publishes downloadable PDF maps rather than an embedded map.

The operator describes a ropeway of about seven minutes from the Noboribetsu Onsen district up to the park. OpenStreetMap places the lower ropeway station about 1.2 km west of the park's summit facilities.
