Las Vegas views, museums and shows: what to book

Fourteen SkyGate products in Las Vegas, grouped by what you want from the evening or the afternoon: a view or a ride, a museum, a show, a set meal, or a bus ticket to see the Strip and Downtown. This guide compares the options inside each product and marks the age limits that decide many of these choices.

Quick answer

Choose by what you want to do. According to SkyGate's listings read on 3 October 2026, the High Roller, The STRAT's SkyPod, a helicopter night flight and the FlyOver ride are the view and ride products; The Mob Museum, The Neon Museum, the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum, Madame Tussauds and the Erotic Heritage Museum are museum admissions; and Vegas! The Show, Popovich Comedy Pet Theater and The Mentalist are show tickets with seats assigned by section on arrival.

The short answer

These fourteen products answer five different questions: where to get a view or a ride, which museum to visit, which show to see, where to book a set meal, and how to see the Strip and Downtown by bus.[6][21][17][7] Age limits decide several of them before taste does: the Erotic Heritage Museum is for adults only, the High Roller's open-bar options are for guests aged 21 and over, SkyJump starts at 14, and The Mentalist does not admit children under 13.[19][2][16][1]

Views and rides

The LINQ High Roller Ticket is a ride on the observation wheel, described in the option text as 30 minutes. Its six options cross the time of entry with the day of the week: Daytime (entry from 12:30 to 5:00 PM), Anytime (from 12:30 PM until closing) and Happy Half Hour (with an open bar, 21 and over only), each for Monday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday. SkyGate says the ticket is valid on the chosen day or up to two days after.[1] See the High Roller page on XTOUR.

SkyPod, SkyJump and Thrill Rides at The STRAT Tower is the choice for height.[2] The operator gives the tower's height as 1,149 feet, with SkyJump launched from 108 floors up.[3] SkyGate's options are SkyPod observation deck admission for all ages, or a SkyJump for ages 14 and over, each split by weekday and weekend; some options add rides on Big Shot or X-Scream. SkyGate's page sets a 132 cm minimum height and a 120 kg maximum weight for SkyJump and requires a parent or guardian waiver for ages 14 to 17.[2] See The STRAT Tower page on XTOUR.

The Las Vegas Strip Helicopter Night Flight is a flight of 12 to 15 minutes over the Strip at night, with live English commentary. SkyGate's page says passengers are weighed at check-in, adults need government-issued ID, and under-18s must fly with an adult.[4] The option does not name the operator or the departure point, and XTOUR has not verified them.

The FlyOver Las Vegas Flying Ride Ticket is a flying-theatre ride in Las Vegas, not a view of the city: its three options are films of the American West, the Canadian Rockies or Iceland. Every rider must be at least 102 cm tall, and SkyGate's page says the ride is not recommended for people with motion sickness or a fear of heights.[5] XTOUR has not verified the venue's exact location, so the map shows the Las Vegas destination.

The Big Bus Las Vegas Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour is the overview product. Discover (24 hours) covers the Strip loop, Essential (48 hours) adds the Downtown loop, and Explore (48 hours) adds a 7:00 PM night tour; these three include 30 minutes of bay time at Atomic Golf. A fourth option, Night Tour, is a two-hour non-stop panoramic ride from Stop 3, High Roller / LINQ Promenade, and is not hop-on hop-off. Stops such as The Mob Museum and The Strat are bus stops; the ticket includes no admission to them.[6]

Museums

The Mob Museum Ticket is admission to what the operator calls the National Museum of Organized Crime & Law Enforcement, at 300 Stewart Avenue.[8] SkyGate's page says entry to the Underground speakeasy and distillery is included, but guided tours and tastings there, the Use of Force training experience and the Crime Lab are not. Children under 11 enter free with no ticket.[7] See The Mob Museum page on XTOUR.

The Neon Museum Ticket is for the outdoor Neon Boneyard of retired signs on Las Vegas Boulevard North.[10] Its two options are Daytime Admission, valid until 5:30 pm, and Evening Admission, needed from 6:00 pm.[9] The museum's own page gives September to May hours of 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and recommends buying ahead.[10] SkyGate's page says the exhibition is mostly uncovered and children under 7 are free but still need a ticket.[9] See The Neon Museum page on XTOUR.

The Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum Ticket is sold on SkyGate under the older name Las Vegas Natural History Museum.[11] The operator's site lists dinosaur, Egypt, Africa and shark exhibits.[12] The timeslot is an estimated entry window, and the option sells child (3 to 11) and senior (55 and over) tickets.[11]

The Madame Tussauds Las Vegas Admission Ticket is at The Venetian and Grand Canal Shoppes, according to the operator.[14] Its Silver Ticket includes 75 or more wax figures, the Jumanji Safari Tours 4D Expedition and a digital photo; Silver Ticket + Gondola Ride adds a gondola voucher, collected at Madame Tussauds and reserved in person at The Venetian Resort's gondola booth; and the Gold Ticket adds the Jumanji Cobra Quest 7D game and a VIP Photo Pass.[13]

The Erotic Heritage Museum Ticket is for adults aged 18 and over with valid ID, on South Sammy Davis Jr Drive.[16] SkyGate's option includes the Catherine Exhibit.[15]

Shows

All three show products sell seating sections rather than numbered seats: SkyGate's pages say seats are assigned by section on arrival.[19][18][17] The V Theater box office places the V Theater inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood and lists VEGAS! The Show at the Saxe Theater.[20]

Vegas! The Show at Saxe Theater is a revue of singers, dancers, showgirls and a big band paying tribute to Las Vegas performers. Its options are VIP Centre, VIP Side, General Reserved and Limited View seating.[17] Popovich Comedy Pet Theater Tickets at the V Theater are for a comedy and juggling show with rescued pets, in VIP Middle Centre, VIP Rear, General Admission Front or General Admission Rear seating.[18] The box office calls both shows suitable for all ages.[20] The Mentalist Tickets at the V Theater are for Gerry McCambridge's mind-reading act, in VIP or General Reserved seating, centre or side. SkyGate does not admit children under 13, and the box office does not recommend it for under-16s because of language.[20][19]

A set meal

The Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Dining Experience has two set menus. The Acoustic Rock Menu is two courses: an entree, dessert and a non-alcoholic drink. The Electric Rock Menu is three courses, adding a starter salad and a wider entree choice that excludes the Cowboy Ribeye and Filet. SkyGate's page places the cafe in the Showcase Mall and says menu items may change.[21]

Before you book

  • High Roller and STRAT options are split by weekday and weekend; book the one for your date.[2][1]
  • The Mob Museum's last admission is two hours before closing, according to SkyGate's page.[7]
  • Show tickets give a section, not a seat number.[19][18][17]
  • When XTOUR read SkyGate's calendars on 3 October 2026, some STRAT ride options and most dates for Vegas! The Show had no availability; confirm your date on SkyGate.
