Orlando theme park tickets: Universal, SeaWorld, LEGOLAND

The short answer

Pick by resort first, then by option. The Universal product is a fixed two-day, three-park ticket.[1] SeaWorld Orlando starts at one day and can grow into a two- or three-park bundle.[3] LEGOLAND Florida Resort is a separate resort in Winter Haven with options built around its own parks.[6] None of the three covers Walt Disney World.[3][1][5]

Universal Orlando Resort: two days, three parks

The Universal Orlando Resort Ticket: Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe is sold as a single option: Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure park-to-park on one day, then Universal Epic Universe for one day on a separate day. The ticket is valid over five consecutive calendar days starting on, and including, the date you select. SkyGate marks the option as direct admission and sells adult and child tickets, but the evidence XTOUR read gives no child age band.[1]

The resort's own site lists Universal Volcano Bay as a water park alongside the three theme parks.[2] This ticket does not name Volcano Bay, so XTOUR does not treat it as included.[1] See the Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe pages on XTOUR.

SeaWorld Orlando: one park, or a bundle

The SeaWorld Orlando Ticket has six options, and every one includes single-day admission to SeaWorld Orlando at 7007 Sea World Dr, where you scan the e-ticket at the park entrance.[3] The operator calls SeaWorld Orlando a theme park, zoo and aquarium.[4] The options differ in two ways.[3]

• Dining. The options with the All-Day Dining Deal let adults redeem one entree, one side or dessert and one non-alcoholic drink at participating restaurants as often as once every 90 minutes until closing, and children aged 3 to 9 one kids' meal.[3]
• Extra parks. The 2-Day, 2-Park bundles add one day at your choice of Aquatica Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa or Adventure Island Tampa, and the 3-Day, 3-Park bundles add two of them; every park must be visited within 14 days of the first. SkyGate's option text says Adventure Island is open seasonally and tells you to check its website.[3]

Busch Gardens Tampa and Adventure Island are in Tampa, so a bundle that uses them means a separate outing from Orlando; XTOUR does not publish a travel time. SkyGate's listing says children under 3 are free but still need an admission ticket collected on site, and that under-16s must be with a paying adult aged at least 21.[3] See the SeaWorld Orlando page on XTOUR.

LEGOLAND Florida Resort: choose your parks

The LEGOLAND Florida Resort Ticket is for a resort in Winter Haven, not Orlando: the operator gives its address as 1 Legoland Way, Winter Haven, FL 33884, and Wikidata places the resort in Winter Haven.[7] The operator lists four parts of the resort: the LEGOLAND Theme Park, the LEGOLAND Water Park, SEA LIFE Florida and PEPPA PIG Theme Park Florida.[6]

SkyGate sells seven options.[5]

• Three one-day options for the theme park with SEA LIFE Florida Aquarium, adding either the water park or Peppa Pig Theme Park; every attraction must be visited on the same date.[5]
• A one-day option for Peppa Pig Theme Park alone, without the LEGO theme park.[5]
• Three two-day options, the largest of which covers the theme park, water park, SEA LIFE and Peppa Pig; the second visit must be within three days of the first.[5]

According to SkyGate's listing, children under 2 go free, and under-15s must be with a paying adult aged 18 or over. The listing tells you to check the official website for daily opening hours.[5] See the LEGOLAND Florida Resort page on XTOUR.

How to choose

• For Universal's three theme parks across two days, the Universal Orlando Resort Ticket: Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe; plan Epic Universe for a different day from the other two.
• For one marine-themed park day, or a SeaWorld day with Aquatica or a Tampa park, the SeaWorld Orlando Ticket; choose the dining and bundle options to match.
• For younger children and a LEGO or Peppa Pig day, the LEGOLAND Florida Resort Ticket, remembering that the resort is in Winter Haven.
