What VIALAND is, and the Isfanbul name

VIALAND is a gated theme park in Yeşilpınar, in the Eyüpsultan district on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey (officially Türkiye), forming one complex with a shopping mall and a hotel.[1] The operator's address is Yeşilpınar, Şehit Metin Kaya Sokak, 34065 Eyüpsultan.[1] The park is the ticketed part; the mall is a separate open street of shops and does not need a park ticket.[1]

The operator's site uses the name VIALAND throughout and nowhere calls the park Isfanbul.[1] The Skygate listing's address text and its description still use Isfanbul, and so do some maps.[24] They are the same park under an earlier name; XTOUR has not established when or why the name changed.

The rides and the height rule at each one

The operator's FAQ counts 32 rides in the park, each with lower and upper height limits, and says the sign at each ride entrance must be read and that anyone with a health condition named on the sign must not ride.[2] Its rules page adds that all rides carry limits on health, weight, height, age and the need for a companion, and that staff check them.[3] A park ticket is admission. Whether a particular person may board a particular ride is decided at the ride by height, age and the sign.

The thrill rides the operator headlines are Nefeskesen, a launch coaster it says reaches 110 kilometres an hour in three seconds; Adalet Kulesi, a 50-metre drop tower; 360 Plus, a 28-metre rotating ride; Viking, a water ride; and Maceraperest, a family coaster reaching 80 kilometres an hour.[1] The family and children's side includes Fatih'in Rüyası, a dark ride on the conquest of Istanbul; King Kong; Çılgın Nehir, a rapids raft ride; Minik Kaşifler, a boat journey; Jet Ski; and a set of small children's rides such as the carousel, bumper cars, Uçan Çocuklar and an Angry Birds 4D cinema.[1]

The operator's ride index has a filter that takes a visitor's height and lists which rides they may use; that page is the authority on the day.[5] The table below records what the individual ride pages showed on 20 September 2026 so that a family can plan, but the sign at the ride overrides it.[13][12][11][10][9][8][7][6][23][22][21][20][19][18][17][16][15][14]

Several rides have a maximum height as well as a minimum, so a tall adult can be turned away from Nefeskesen or 360 Plus.[6] On the children's rides that admit a small child only with a parent, the adult rides too.[18]

Each ride page also carries a live open-or-closed status and a flag for whether the ride is suitable for disabled visitors; when checked, the coasters showed the flag as no and the carousel as yes.[5] Status on a given day is not something XTOUR publishes.

Who may enter, and with whom

The operator's ticket categories are infants from 0 to 48 months, children from 4 to 14 and adults from 15.[1] Visitors who have not completed 48 months enter free on showing identification, and the operator checks the age to the day, month and year.[1] Bring the child's passport.

Visitors under 15 may not enter the park alone, and the companion of a visitor under 15 must be at least 18.[1] The operator makes the companion responsible for the people they bring in.[1] Identification or a passport is required when buying tickets at the park.[3]

Pregnant visitors may enter with a free ticket issued at the ticket office with the operations manager's approval, but may not use any ride.[2] The rules page lists heart conditions, back and neck problems, unhealed stitches and high blood pressure among the conditions that exclude riding, and puts the responsibility on the visitor.[3]

Disabled visitors must enter with a companion, and the companion is expected to watch a full ride cycle before deciding whether boarding is safe; ride staff may refuse a boarding they judge risky and are not permitted to lift a visitor.[3] Wheelchairs can be borrowed free from the guest relations office.[2] XTOUR has not verified how far a wheelchair user can get around the park itself, because the operator's pages describe ride flags and not routes.

Weather, re-entry, food and the practical rules

• Open-top rides may be closed in bad weather and reopened when the rain stops; covered rides are unaffected.[2] There is no refund for rides closed by weather or by maintenance during the day.[3]
• Visitors may leave the park and come back the same day without limit, provided they tell the turnstile staff they will return.[2]
• Food and drink from outside, alcoholic or not, may not be brought into the park, and food, drink, Fast Pass wristbands, souvenirs, lockers and the dryers after water rides all cost extra.[3]
• Phones, cameras and selfie sticks may not be used on the rides.[3]
• The park has three baby-care rooms and two prayer rooms.[2]
• Strollers can be rented for a fee at the gift shops.[2]
• A free sightseeing train runs inside the park between its themed areas, and there are food points in each area.[4]
• The Fast Pass wristband gives priority queues on nine named rides and is sold only at the park's ticket offices and gift shops.[1]
• The Vialand Parkur area is charged separately, ride by ride, even for annual card holders.[2]

Opening hours change between summer and winter, and the operator publishes the current days and times on its site and social accounts rather than in a fixed table.[2] The Skygate listing displayed 10:30 to 19:00 when checked, which is the listing's figure.[24]

Getting there

The operator's public transport route is the M7 Mecidiyeköy–Mahmutbey metro to Veysel Karani–Akşemsettin station and then a walk, or one of the İETT bus lines it lists to the Veysel Karani Cami stop.[1] It also runs a free shuttle between that metro station and the mall's main entrance, listed as every 15 minutes between 10:00 and 20:00 when checked.[1] By car, the operator advertises free parking for 8,000 vehicles and a valet service.[1] XTOUR publishes no journey or walking times.

What the Skygate listing says

The Skygate listing has one option, "VIALAND Theme Park - Admission", described as admission to the park with access to all rides and the tour train.[24] Read "access to all rides" as the scope of the ticket, which matches the operator's own day ticket; it does not change the height, age and health limits above, and a rider who does not meet a ride's sign is not admitted to that ride whatever the ticket says.[2]

That VIALAND option is non-refundable, and the ticket is valid only on the visit date chosen.[24] The listing's dates use the Europe/Istanbul time zone.[24] The listing prices children aged 4 to 14 and adults from 15, which matches the operator's bands, and states no infant rule of its own, so the operator's free entry under 48 months is something to confirm at the gate.[24] The listing's meeting instruction is to make your own way and show the smartphone ticket at the ticket booth, at an address it gives as Yeşilpınar Mahallesi, İsfanbul Tema Park, Şehit Metin Kaya Sokak, Eyüp.[24]

The operator's own tickets are handled differently: it says a daily ticket is not refunded or transferred but its date can be changed if unused, and it advertises a refundable-ticket option on its own sales channel.[3] Nothing on the listing extends either of those to a Skygate voucher, so treat the listed VIALAND ticket as fixed to its date.[24] For choosing days out with children more widely, see Turkey with kids.
