JR Tower Observatory T38 (JRタワー展望室T38) is the observation deck of JR Tower in Kita 5-jo Nishi 2-chome, Chuo Ward, Sapporo. The operator's page, read on 29 September 2026, says the deck is 160 m above ground, that ticket reception is on the 6th floor of JR Tower East, that a cafe operates inside, and that current opening times are given by its information counter. OpenStreetMap maps the observatory as tourism=viewpoint with the operator's page jr-tower.com/t38. It is a different deck from the Sapporo TV Tower, which is about 800 m away on Odori Park.
