Sinop Castle is the circuit of walls around the old town of Sinop, on Türkiye's Black Sea coast; Wikipedia gives its length as about 2 km. Wikidata records it as part of the Genoese Maritime Network, a serial site on UNESCO's Tentative List. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has funded restoration of the walls since 2019; in January 2023 the provincial culture director said only the Yonca and Kumkapı gates were in use while seven others were being restored, and a June 2026 report put the work at 80–90 % complete. The historic Sinop Fortress Prison inside the walls is a separate museum with its own ticket, not covered by this record.

In Sinop town. The map point stands for a walled circuit about 2 km long, not an entrance. The castle does not appear on the Ministry's national fee schedule, and no official source states hours or a fee for the walls. Restoration has been under way since 2019, so which gates and wall sections are open may change — check locally.
