古宇利オーシャンタワー

Kouri Ocean Tower is an 82-metre observation tower on Kouri Island, Nakijin, reached through a subtropical garden.

Why go

Kouri Ocean Tower is a viewing tower on Kouri Island, which lies north of the Motobu Peninsula and is joined to it by Kouri Bridge, in Nakijin Village on Okinawa Island. The operator, whose English page was read on 29 September 2026, says the white tower stands 82 metres above sea level, with the Kouri Island Museum on the first floor, indoor observation areas on the second and third floors and an ocean deck on the roof. Visitors travel up to the tower through a subtropical garden by cart. The operator also runs a Shell Museum with more than 10,000 shells. The operator publishes its hours; they are not repeated here.
