Why go

Paradise Cave is a dry cave in Phong Nha–Kẻ Bàng National Park, found in 2005 by experts of the British Cave Research Association according to the park. The park's tourism page says it is operated by Trường Thịnh Tourism Company under a forest-environment lease; its own page names the operator as the Thiên Đường Cave eco-tourism area. The standard visit, as the park describes it, goes through the gate on foot or by electric car under the forest, up a short trail to the mouth, and along about 1 km of wooden stairway inside the cave. A longer guided trip of 7 km into the cave to a skylight, as a day tour or with an overnight, is also offered; the page says the day tour runs from two people but its notes say tours need at least five and do not take guests under 16, a disagreement to check with the operator. The record is the cave, not Phong Nha Cave.
