The PETRONAS Twin Towers stand at Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), with the Suria KLCC mall at their base. According to the operator, each tower is 88 storeys and 452 m high, and was designed by the Argentine architect César Pelli, with floor plates based on an eight-pointed Islamic geometric star. The ticketed visitor route crosses the double-decker Skybridge between Levels 41 and 42, about 170 m above the ground, and continues to the observation deck on Level 86, about 370 m up, where digital displays tell the towers' history. Visitors enter at the Concourse (Lower Ground) Level. The nearest rail station named by the operator is KLCC on the LRT Kelana Jaya Line.
The operator gives the visitor address as the Lower Ground (Concourse) Level of the towers and directs rail travellers to KLCC station on the LRT Kelana Jaya Line; by road it names Jalan Ampang, Jalan P. Ramlee and Jalan Kia Peng, with tunnels connecting to the KLCC car parks.
