Getting around Şanlıurfa
The Ministry's culture portal says the Halilürrahman Mosque at Balıklıgöl can be reached by city transport, and that the Haleplibahçe Mosaic Museum, the Şanlıurfa Museum and the Kızılkoyun Necropolis are within walking distance of Balıklıgöl. For Göbekli Tepe the portal lists a municipal bus from the Abide stop (timetable undated). Fares, current timetables and step-free access on the network were not found.

The Ministry's culture portal lists three daily municipal departures from the Abide stop, but does not date them. The site is at least 15 km away, and the road and reception arrangements were being rebuilt in 2025 and 2026.
