Why go
Antalya Aquarium opened on 15 August 2012 on Dumlupınar Bulvarı in Konyaaltı. The operator says the building has 15,000 square metres of indoor space on a 30,000 square metre site, 70 metres from Konyaaltı Beach. The visit starts with a route of around 40 themed aquariums, from the world's oceans and rivers to the seas of Turkey, and ends with a walk down a floor by stairs to a tunnel aquarium 131 metres long and 3 metres wide, which the operator calls the world's biggest, a claim that is the operator's own. Under the same roof the operator lists Snow World & Ice Museum (one unit: about 1,500 square metres of snow kept near −5°C, with protective clothing issued at the door), WildPark (a reptile and insect house on the terrace floor), the Oceanride XD Cinema (an eight-minute motion-ride film), VR 360, the Face 2 Face Wax Museum on the terrace floor, a gift shop and several cafés and restaurants. The record covers the building and its units; Dolphin Land, Su Hotel and Minicity, which the operator mentions only as landmarks nearby, are separate.
Getting there
The operator gives the address as Dumlupınar Bulvarı, Arapsuyu Mahallesi No: 502, Konyaaltı, and describes the aquarium as across from Dolphin Land and Su Hotel, near the 5M Migros junction. It lists three open-air car parks: one for agency coaches and two, to the north and south of the building, for visitors; it also lists free parking as a service. The map pin here is the centre of the building, not a door, and the operator publishes no entrance coordinate. Its public-transport page (read 22 September 2026) sends bus travellers to the 5M Migros stop, within walking distance; check current routes before you go.

The aquarium and its units are indoors, and the operator lists them as open every day of the year including public holidays; it also says its hours may vary by season and special circumstances, so check the current hours. The operator says animal feeding times change with the seasons, and its pages disagree on the shark feeding time (one Turkish page names a daily midday show, English pages say times vary and ask visitors to phone), so treat any time as unconfirmed until you have phoned +90 242 245 65 65. Snow World is kept at about −5°C whatever the weather outside. Nothing here concerns swimming or beach conditions: the beach is a separate place.
Safety
There is a security check at the entrance; outside food, drink and chewing gum, weapons, lighters and matches are not allowed. Pets are not allowed, apart from guide and service dogs. The operator asks visitors not to use flash near the animals, and bans photography in WildPark's Fear Trophy area because flashes endanger animals that live in the dark. Snow World is kept at about −5°C.
Accessibility
According to the operator, complimentary wheelchairs are kept on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved, and there is disabled parking. The operator's route description says visitors go down a floor by stairs after the shark tank to reach the tunnel, and it does not say whether a lift or ramp is the alternative. It also does not publish a step-free route to the terrace-floor units (WildPark, the XD Cinema, Face 2 Face), so ask at the entrance or phone +90 242 245 65 65 before you go.
