Why go

The operator describes a 360-degree viewing terrace 300 metres up, with both open and enclosed viewing areas. Sky Fun, on the 47th floor, includes a seesaw the operator markets to adrenaline seekers; Sky Cafe and Sky Bar are on the 48th floor. Entry to the terrace, Sky Fun, Sky Cafe and Sky Bar needs only the standard SkyView ticket. SkyWalk — a glass-floored terrace also on the 47th floor, which the operator markets as 'Europe's longest glass-floored walkway' (an operator superlative, not independently verified) — is always sold as an additional ticket on top of SkyView entry, never included automatically. The operator's own SkyWalk page gives inconsistent dimensions for the walkway (27 m in one place, 30 m in another), which is reported here as an unresolved discrepancy rather than a single figure. Tickets are bought at Emaar Square Mall's level -2. This record does not cover Emaar Aquarium, a separate attraction and ticket run by the same operator group elsewhere in the complex, or Emaar Square Mall or the Address Hotel Istanbul as venues in their own right.

Getting there

Operator directions (read 2026-09-22): M4 metro/Marmaray to Ünalan, then about a ten-minute walk; from the European side, Marmaray to Ayrılık Çeşmesi then two stops on the M4. Bus 320A runs along Libadiye Caddesi from Üsküdar; from Kadıköy, buses 14ES, 8E, 15BK or 15ÇK to Mobilyacılar Sitesi, then a short walk. Ferries to Üsküdar or Kadıköy connect to the same bus/metro options. By car, navigate to 'Emaar Square Mall', Libadiye Caddesi No 82; the mall has indoor parking with a lift up to the SkyView floor. Buy tickets at the mall's level -2 and enter SkyView from there — the terrace itself is reached by lift up to the Address Hotel's 47th/48th floors. Do not use the Beyoğlu address shown on some merchant listings; it is not this operator's location.

Safety

The operator's SkyWalk FAQ (read 2026-09-22) describes SkyWalk and SkyView as generally safe for pregnant visitors but recommends checking with a doctor first because of the height. Only hand luggage is allowed above the ticket floor; larger bags must be left at a desk on the mall's level -3.

Accessibility

The operator's SkyWalk FAQ (read 2026-09-22) says the SkyWalk area is fully equipped to support wheelchair users and any visitor with a disability, and asks visitors to email ahead of their visit for support. This is stated for SkyWalk specifically; the route from the mall's level -2 up to the main SkyView terrace, and stroller access generally, are not described. No published minimum age, height or weight rule exists for SkyWalk or the Sky Fun seesaw, so a family cannot know in advance whether a small child may use either. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over (operator terms). Only hand luggage may go up to the terrace; larger bags and suitcases must be left at a desk on the mall's level -3 and collected afterwards.
