Langkawi attraction tickets: SkyCab, combos and venues

In SkyGate's listings, most of the Langkawi venue tickets on XTOUR are a single admission with separate options for international travellers and Malaysian citizens.[8][7][6][5][3] Two need reading option by option. The Langkawi SkyCab Cable Car Ticket has 20 options that differ in gondola, queue lane and add-ons, and the Underwater World and Crocodile Adventureland combo is sold on three different pages. Langkawi SkyCab: read the option title

Panorama Langkawi runs the SkyCab from its Base Station at Oriental Village, Burau Bay.[12] The operator describes a ride to a Middle Station at 650 metres, where you can step out, and on to a Top Station at 708 metres with two viewing platforms.[9] For the cable car itself, see the Langkawi SkyCab page on XTOUR.

SkyGate's listing has 20 options, and each exists in two versions, one for international travellers and one for Malaysian citizens. Read as titles, the ten pairs are:[1]

• Standard gondola with normal lane access.
• Standard gondola with express lane access.
• Glass-bottom, private, 360 or VIP gondola, each with express lane access.
• Standard gondola (normal lane) plus SkyBridge.
• Standard gondola (normal lane) plus Eagle's Nest SkyWalk.
• Standard gondola (normal lane) plus SkyBridge plus Eagle's Nest SkyWalk.
• A combo of a standard gondola (normal lane) with the Crocodile Adventureland Adventure Package.

Only the options whose titles name the SkyBridge or the Eagle's Nest SkyWalk mention those attractions.[1] The other titles name a gondola ride only, and XTOUR has not verified whether they give access to either. SkyGate's description calls the SkyBridge "the world's longest free-span and curved bridge", a claim XTOUR repeats only as SkyGate's.[1] Panorama Langkawi describes the SkyBridge as 125 metres long and hung from a single pylon.[10] It places the Eagle's Nest SkyWalk at the Middle Station, on a 38-metre cantilevered glass platform.[11]

On the gondolas themselves, the operator says the glass-bottom gondola has a transparent floor, the VIP gondola serves food and drinks, the 360 gondola is open-air, and the express lane is meant to cut peak-season queues.[9] SkyGate adds three conditions that apply to the listing as a whole. The SkyBridge is reached by a 10-minute jungle trail that may challenge the elderly and young children; the cable car is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions; and children under 3 go free, with age counted by birth year. SkyGate's page also carries a dated notice of adjusted hours, and it tells visitors to check the official website for daily hours and closures.[1]

Underwater World and Crocodile Adventureland: one combo, three pages

The two venues are in different parts of the island: Underwater World gives its address as Pantai Cenang, and Crocodile Adventureland says it is on the road to Datai Bay.[13][14]

The Combo: Underwater World Langkawi and Crocodile Adventureland has two options, both titled as the Underwater World plus Crocodile Adventureland Adventure Package, one for international travellers and one for Malaysian citizens. SkyGate lists admission as included, and says both attractions may be visited on the same day or on separate days within the validity period stated on your vouchers.[4] The listing does not give that period. Children under 3 go free.[4]

The same two combo options also appear on the Underwater World Langkawi Ticket and on the Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi Ticket.[2][3] XTOUR has not compared prices across the three pages, so check the page you book on.

The Underwater World Langkawi Ticket has two plain admission options, for international travellers and Malaysian citizens, alongside the combo.[3] The Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi Ticket has twelve options. Eight are packages named Adventure, Explore, Croc Encounter and Snack Bite, each in the two price versions; the other four are the Underwater World combo and a combo with a standard SkyCab gondola.[2] SkyGate's page names the packages but does not describe what each adds, and XTOUR does not guess. Four single-venue tickets

The Langkawi Wildlife Park Ticket has two admission options, one for Malaysian citizens and one for non-Malaysian citizens. SkyGate says children under 2 go free, children under 13 must be with a paying adult, and last admission is 30 minutes before closing.[5] The page also carries a feeding-show schedule and a dated Ramadan 2025 hours notice; XTOUR does not repeat either. The Dream Forest Langkawi Ticket has two admission options, for international travellers and Malaysian citizens. SkyGate describes a 1.2-kilometre night trail with 14 themed zones and says first admission is at 8:00 PM.[6] Dream Forest's own visitor page agrees: its ticket counter opens at 7 PM and trail walks begin from 8 PM.[15] SkyGate says the experience is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities, and that admission continues in light rain with ponchos provided.[6] See the Dream Forest Langkawi page on XTOUR.

The Maha Tower Langkawi Sky Lounge and Sky Deck Ticket has four options: standard or sunset admission to the Sky Lounge and Sky Deck, each for international travellers or Malaysian citizens. SkyGate lists admission, snacks and finger food, and water and soft drinks as included.[8] Maha Tower's own ticketing page says tickets include complimentary refreshments served in the Sky Lounge.[16] Children under 3 go free, and children under 12 must be with a paying adult.[8] See the Maha Tower Langkawi page on XTOUR.

The Splash Out Langkawi Waterpark Ticket has a single admission option. Its child rule is by height, not age: under 90 cm free, above 120 cm at the adult rate. SkyGate says gazebos and lockers are rented at the waterpark on a first-come, first-served basis, and asks visitors to check the official website for opening hours, closure dates and which attractions are running.[7] See the Splash Out Langkawi page on XTOUR.

How to choose

• If you plan to visit both Underwater World and Crocodile Adventureland, XTOUR's reading is that the combo is the ticket built for that; if you want only one, the single-venue ticket avoids paying for the other.
• For SkyCab, decide on the SkyBridge and the SkyWalk first, then pick an option whose title names them; the gondola type and lane come second.
• For an evening, Dream Forest is the only ticket in this group sold as a night experience, and Maha Tower sells a separate sunset option.[8][6]
• For families with small children, check each page's child rule: Splash Out goes by height and the others by age.[5][1][7]

Before you book

• Check which price version you are buying: most options come in an international and a Malaysian-citizen version.[8][6][5][3][1]
• Check official opening hours for SkyCab and Splash Out on the day, as their SkyGate listings ask.[7][1]
• Dream Forest's trail is outdoors; its operator warns the paths are partly levelled and not asphalted and recommends suitable footwear.[15]
• Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and a change of clothes to Splash Out, as its listing advises.[7]
