Dream Forest Langkawi is an outdoor night attraction at Lubuk Semilang, off Jalan Padang Gaong, next to Lubuk Semilang Recreation Park in central Langkawi. The operator describes a 1.2 km rainforest trail that takes 30 minutes to an hour. Along it, projection mapping, lighting, soundscapes and interactive installations retell the legends of Tasik Dayang Bunting, Merong Mahawangsa and the Giants of Langkawi. The operator says no trees were cut to build it. Its visitor page warns that the trails are dark, partly levelled and not asphalted, and recommends sturdy shoes and insect repellent. Subtitles mix English and Malay.

Getting there

The operator gives about 15 minutes' drive from Langkawi International Airport and 20 minutes from Kuah Jetty.

Accessibility

According to the operator, the trails wind uphill and downhill. Strollers are allowed at the visitor's own risk, and a baby carrier is recommended. The operator does not refuse entry to people with reduced mobility but asks them to read its terms first.
