The operator describes rides and games in a natural environment built around "self-directed and self-powered play", says the Penang park is home to four Guinness World Records, and calls it a self-directed adventure park where outdoor activities carry inherent risk of injury. Entry uses facial-recognition ticketing: visitors register a selfie through a link sent by email before they arrive. The operator publishes daily opening from 10am to 6pm, with waterplay opening at 11am.
