Getting around Antalya
The municipal system runs buses and the AntRay tram, and Antalya Ulaşım A.Ş. states that AntalyaKart and contactless bank cards are accepted; its call centre is 0242 606 07 07. The airport's site calls AntRay the fastest connection between the intercity bus terminal and the city centre. Inside Kaleiçi, the municipality says Hesapçı Sokak, which follows the line of Attaleia's ancient main street, runs from Hadrian's Gate to Hıdırlık Tower. For the ancient sites the official sources describe a mix: Aksu minibuses to Perge, buses from the intercity terminal to Aspendos, Side and Manavgat, buses to Kemer–Tekirova for Phaselis, and for Termessos a minibus to Korkuteli followed by a taxi. Fares, timetables and step-free access on the network were not found in the pages read.
Problems worth knowing
The intercity bus terminal is 4 km north of the centre
Day-trip buses to Aspendos, Side, Manavgat and Alanya depart from the intercity terminal, not from Kaleiçi. The airport's site calls AntRay the fastest connection between the terminal and the city centre. Kemer minibuses use a separate station west of the centre.
No public transport reaches the Termessos ruins
The Ministry's culture portal describes the public-transport route as a minibus from Antalya's bus terminal to Korkuteli and then a taxi to the ruins, which are on a special road off the Antalya–Korkuteli highway at km 24.
Official distances to Phaselis disagree
The Kemer District Governorate puts the turn-off at km 57 of the Antalya–Kumluca highway, the Provincial Directorate's Phaselis page says 16 km from Kemer, and its museums page cites the 35th km of the Antalya–Finike coast road. Confirm directions rather than relying on one of the figures.
